5th December - Singapore to Home

To very belatedly finish the story of our honeymoon we docked in Singapore on my birthday - 5th December and had a lovely day touring the sights including the National Orchid Garden, China Town,

Raffles

and the Merlion and new hotels and infinity pool at Marina Sands Resort. We didn't go in obviously - faaaaaarrrrrr to expensive and open to guests only - but it was an amazing sight to see - yes it really does look like a cruise ship on top of those sky scrappers!

We finished the day at the Changi Airport which is an attraction in itself. It wasn't totally uneventful with being told our flight didn't exist, and then being delayed to add to having Andy's case go missing, but it all worked out well in the end.

I had the strangest birthday treat - a Fish Spa! You put your feet into pools of water and little sucker fish come and feed off your feet! It tickles like crazy for a while but was actually very relaxing and my feet were sooooo soft afterwards.

All in all it was an amazing honeymoon - definitely a trip of a lifetime.
